We aim to respond within 3–5 business days, depending on the volume of requests. Please include your full name, the email ID used for registration, and a clear description of your issue.

Account & Login Issues:
If you are experiencing issues logging in, resetting your password, or accessing your account dashboard, please try the following steps before contacting support:

Course completion not being tracked
Please include your course name and the registered email address in your message. Allow 2–3 business days for certificate generation if your course was recently completed

Payment or Billing Questions:
SkillTurn does not offer refunds under any circumstances, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
For issues such as failed transactions, duplicate payments, or unconfirmed receipts, please email us and include:
