Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms, conditions, and limitations related to refunds associated with the use of SkillTurn (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Platform”), including but not limited to any purchases, course enrollments, digital product downloads, access to online tools, and/or any other transaction that may take place between the user (referred to herein as “you” or “the user”) and the Platform. Please read this document thoroughly before making any payment, registration, or digital interaction involving monetary exchange with SkillTurn, as it serves as the definitive and binding agreement regarding refund eligibility, or in this case, the explicit lack thereof.

By using our services or making any payment through SkillTurn, whether for educational content, downloadable resources, AI-powered tools, digital access modules, certification materials, or otherwise, you hereby acknowledge, accept, and fully understand that SkillTurn does not offer, issue, or process refunds of any kind, under any circumstance, without exception. This policy applies universally to all users, regardless of the reason for dissatisfaction, non-participation, technical difficulties, accidental purchases, duplicate payments, or any subjective or objective cause, including but not limited to a change of mind, delay in access, incompatibility with personal expectations, unavailability of internet connectivity, device limitations, or lack of engagement with the course or product in question.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to review all available course descriptions, previews, usage details, compatibility notes, and platform functionality before proceeding with a transaction. Once a payment is submitted and access to any portion of the purchased content is granted—whether in whole or in part—the transaction is considered final, non-reversible, and non-refundable. The Platform reserves the right to maintain this policy without exception, in order to ensure consistent service delivery and fairness to all users.

SkillTurn also reserves the right to refuse to consider any refund requests made via email, phone, social media, or any other channel, regardless of urgency, reasonableness, or repetition. Submitting a refund request, complaint, or dispute regarding payment shall not in any way alter or suspend this policy, nor shall it create any obligation on the part of SkillTurn to offer monetary reimbursement, credit, coupon, or substitution of any kind.

In rare and extreme cases where the Platform is legally required to respond to financial disputes (such as through payment gateway chargebacks), SkillTurn reserves the right to present this No Refund Policy and related terms as evidence of the user’s acknowledgment and agreement, as recorded at the time of purchase or registration.

If you do not agree to this Policy in its entirety, we strongly advise against making any financial transactions on the Platform. Your continued use of SkillTurn constitutes full understanding of and agreement to this No Refund Policy, regardless of whether this document was read in full.
