These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between the user (“you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor”) and SkillTurn (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “SkillTurn”). By continuing to use the website located at https://www.skillturn.org (the “Website”) and/or engaging in any services, features, downloads, enrollments, views, accesses, or other interactions with or related to the Website, its linked content, or any of its subdomains or systems, you are hereby deemed to have accepted, without modification, all terms, notices, disclaimers, obligations, clauses, sub-clauses, implied clauses, and any and all associated conditions as stated herein.

1. Eligibility Clause
You represent and warrant that you are either (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age and competent to enter into binding legal agreements, or (b) accessing the Website under the supervision and with the consent of a parent, guardian, institutional supervisor, or other legally authorized entity. Accessing this Website without meeting eligibility requirements is strictly prohibited and may result in reporting, blocking, or unintentional inaccessibility of content or features.

4. Enrollment and Course Access
Users enrolling in any program, module, event, training, or offering hosted on the Website or through third-party platforms connected to SkillTurn acknowledge that such enrollments grant only limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and revocable access rights and do not imply or confer any permanent ownership or entitlement beyond the availability period designated by SkillTurn, which may be modified, reduced, or rescinded without liability or explanation.
5. Refunds and Return of Payment
SkillTurn does not provide refunds, partial or full, under any conditions, circumstances, or personal dissatisfaction, irrespective of usage, completion, or engagement. All payments made to SkillTurn, including discounted purchases, promotional enrollments, and group registrations, are final, irreversible, and non-refundable, and are deemed to be made in full understanding of this clause.
6. Termination & Account Suspension
SkillTurn reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate user access to any portion of the Website, account, course, or associated feature at its sole discretion, without advance notification, justification, or refund, in the event of, including but not limited to, suspicious activity, policy violation, or extended inactivity.

7. Privacy and Information Collection
SkillTurn reserves the right to collect, analyze, and store information including but not limited to device type, session ID, user ID, IP address, browser type, click activity, timestamps, enrollment behavior, and referral source for the purpose of platform optimization, analytics, monitoring, and product development. Your continued use implies your ongoing consent to all such activities, even if you did not read or review this clause.

8. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be revised, updated, modified, withdrawn, or replaced in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice, and any such updates shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of India. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, for the resolution of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Website, or any other matter connected to SkillTurn.
